Directory only. HomeHelpBase is an online directory. We do not provide cleaning services, employ cleaners, manage bookings, take payments, guarantee availability, supervise provider work, or recommend specific providers. Customers contact and engage listed providers directly.

What data HomeHelpBase publishes
HomeHelpBase is intended to help people see what providers exist in a location and service category. Listings should be based on public business facts, provider-owned websites, official business sources, or voluntary provider submissions. We do not publish copied reviews, ratings, photos, or platform descriptions.

Data file
The public Stage 1 data endpoint is available at /data/brisbane-providers.json. It currently contains the schema and an empty provider list until reviewed Brisbane listings are ready to publish.
Update or remove a listing
If a business is listed and needs to correct or remove information, it can use the update or remove listing process. This helps keep the directory accurate without HomeHelpBase acting as a booking service, agent, or provider representative.
