HomeHelpBase is reviewing submissions from independent cleaning and home maintenance providers operating in Brisbane. A Sydney intake is planned next.
Directory only. HomeHelpBase is an online directory. We do not provide cleaning services, employ cleaners, manage bookings, take payments, guarantee availability, supervise provider work, or recommend specific providers. Customers contact and engage listed providers directly.
Who can be listed
- Independent cleaning businesses (house cleaning, maid services, deep cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning).
- Independent home maintenance providers operating in our launch city, Brisbane.
- Providers with a publicly contactable business presence (website, business email, or business phone).
What a listing includes
- Business name as publicly used.
- Service categories the business says it offers.
- Service area within the listed city.
- Public contact details (such as a business website, phone, or contact form).
Listings show public business information only. HomeHelpBase does not publish customer reviews at this time and does not rank or recommend specific providers.
How to submit your business
While our submission form is being finalised, please send the following details to our contact address on the contact page:
- Business name.
- City and service area (currently accepting Brisbane).
- Service categories you offer (house cleaning, maids, deep cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, home maintenance).
- A public website or social profile, if you have one.
- A business contact method you are happy to publish.
Submissions are reviewed before a listing is published. HomeHelpBase reserves the right to decline or remove any listing at its discretion.
Sydney providers
Sydney listings are not yet open. If you operate in Sydney and want to be notified when the Sydney directory opens, please get in touch via the contact page.
Important: what listing does and does not mean
A listing on HomeHelpBase means a provider has submitted public business information for inclusion in the directory.
A listing is not an endorsement, certification, accreditation, background check, insurance check, licence check, or quality guarantee. HomeHelpBase does not vet, verify, approve, or recommend providers. Customers contact and engage listed providers directly and are responsible for confirming their suitability.
Updating or removing your listing
Once listed, providers can request changes or removal at any time via the update or remove listing page.
