If your business is listed on HomeHelpBase, or you believe a listing of your business needs to be updated or removed, please get in touch.

Updating a listing

You can request an update to your listing at any time. Common updates include:

• Business name changes.
• Changes to your service area.
• Adding or removing service categories you offer.
• Changes to your published contact details.

Removing a listing

You can request removal of your listing at any time, without giving a reason. Once we have confirmed the request, the listing will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.

How to make a request

Please use the address on our contact page and include:

• The business name as it appears on the listing.
• The city the listing is in.
• A clear description of the change requested, or that you want the listing removed.
• A contact method that links you to the listed business (for example, an email matching the listed business domain) so we can confirm the request is genuine.

Disputes and concerns

If you have a concern about a listing that is not your own — for example, a duplicate, an inaccurate detail, or content you believe should not be published — please contact us with details and we will review the listing.
